Chicken stew
Ingredients for the recipe for Sancocho de Gallina:
1 hen field
500 grams. cassava
3 green plantains
100 grams. arracacha
500 grams. potato
1 onion or egg branch
2 or 3 cloves garlic
1 pinch of ground cumin
1 pinch of saffron
1 cube of chicken bouillon
few sprigs of cilantro
salt to taste
Development of the recipe:
Step 1: Cut the chicken dams, cook in plenty of boiling water with onion, tomato and minced garlic for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Add the bananas into chunks, cook for a couple minutes and add the potatoes coarsely with celeriac. Finally add the cassava, boil a few minutes to thicken slightly. Remove from heat and add the finely chopped cilantro.
