Custard
Ingredients for Colombian Custard recipe :
3 liters of milk
2 cups of corn starch
2 vanilla pods to flavor
1/2 kg of panela scraped
2 tbsp butter
ground cinnamon for garnish

Development of the recipe:
Step 1 : Mix in a bowl 1/2 liter of milk with cornstarch to a smooth paste . The rest of the milk boil over low heat with brown sugar and vanilla bean , stirring regularly until boil.
Step 2 : Add the milk, starch and two tablespoons of butter to the hot milk, lower the heat and , stirring is boiled for 10 minutes. pour into individual molds preparation or in a large pan , sprinkle with cinnamon and let cool.

For coconut flavor , add the grated coconut at the time of entering the starch milk with milk that is boiling .
