Ingredients for Blancmange recipe:
1 liter of milk
170 g rice
800 grams of sugar
4 Brevas
½ cup raisin grapes
1 pinch of salt

Development of the recipe:

Step 1: Soak the rice in water for two days, strain, grind and boil in a pot preferably copper, with milk, pinch of salt and sugar. You must stir continuously and vigorously using a wooden spoon, first with the heat until it boils, then lower the heat and continue stirring until you see the bottom of the pot.

Step 2: Remove from heat, add raisins. Pour into
individual glasses and garnish with chopped figs.
